Whether you have a few hours to spare or want to make a regular commitment, your time and energy can have a lasting impact. Volunteering offers the chance to connect with others, learn new skills, and be part of something bigger than yourself. No matter your background or experience, there’s a role for everyone—and every act of service helps create a stronger, more supportive community.

New to our volunteer system? We use a new program called Bugle to collect volunteer signups at all of our events. To get started, create an account in Bugle.

Student volunteers age 9 and up are welcome! All volunteers under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or an authorized adult. If a parent cannot attend, an Authorized Designee Permission Form is required.

How to Create a Bugle Volunteer Account

Getting started is simple! Just follow these steps to create your account and sign up for volunteer opportunities.

Create an Account

At the login screen, scroll down and click “Create an Account.”
(Already registered? Simply log in!)

Enter Your Information

You’ll be asked to provide:
- Your email address
- A secure password

Verify Your Email

Check your inbox for a confirmation email from Bugle Volunteers.
Click the link inside to verify your account.

Complete Your Profile

Once verified, fill in your:
- First and Last Name (required)
- Date of Birth (optional)
- Phone Number (optional, but helps with text reminders)
- Gender (optional)

Add an organization

If prompted to join an organization, you can just click Skip to continue as an individual.

That’s it—you’re all set up!

You’ll be able to view your upcoming volunteer activities after signing up for an event. We’ll send you the Red Bag Event sign-up link about two weeks before each event.

Note: Everyone 18 and older needs their own Bugle account to volunteer. Minors under 18 do not need an account—parents can sign them up through their own account.
